We will refund any unopened product bought from us provided it is in its original pack and unopened. We will arrange to pickup the item and deduct the pickup charge from your purchase and refund the remaining through the original mode of payment you’re thr product was purchased by debit or credit card it could take up to 45 days for refund process to be completed.
Damaged products or Wrongly delivered items
For logistics purposes we use a delivery company to deliver the products you have purchased from us. Whilst we do our best to pack our Jars of honey securely, in rare cases, a jar could become damaged whilst on its way to you.. Please make sure that you open the package whilst the delivery person is still with you and if the goods have been damaged then take a photos or video of the damaged product as proof and send it to admin@jarrah-asal.com and we will send you a replacement as soon as possible.
